Project NOAH is a scientific research and development program funded by the government of the Philippines. The program is carried out in partnership with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and its participating agencies.
Project NOAH is focused on improving the capacity of the Philippine government to respond to natural disasters and other threats. The program is also aimed at promoting the adoption of best practices in the management of disasters and developing technologies for the future.
This application is the mobile version of Project NOAH. The project will monitor the impact of climate change and other environmental factors on the health and safety of people and property. It will conduct research on the effects of these changes and identify the best policies and measures that can be adopted to address them.
